Responsible for all aspects of information/cyber security for L Brands, the parent company for Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Pink, La Senza, and Henri Bendel. The technology operations group within L Brands is Mast Global Technologies. Patrick provides leadership and vision for Mast Global Technologies, leading a best-in-class global information security program that operates as an enabler to the business.

• Managing an industry-leading global Cyber Security business unit with 2,000 employees delivering managed and consulting services in over a dozen countries to hundreds of clients• Developing business plans, market strategies, life cycle service plans, and sales campaigns to deliver growth• Managing all aspects of business operations including R&D, Solutions Development, Product and Offering Management, Consulting, Managed Services, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR and Legal functions• Working with lines of business and clients to development solutions and offerings that meet critical Cyber security needs for several industries including Health and Life Sciences, Banking, Aerospace and Defense, Insurance, and Manufacturing• Overseeing partner and vendor relationships, including: strategic planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service CSC clients worldwide

• Develop, implement, transform, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to protect CSC critical assets globally• Manage the enterprise's information assurance organization, consisting of outsourced service providers, direct reports and indirect reports • Create and maintain a global information assurance governance program• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards and guidelines to meet evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements• Management of the global information security budget to assure alignment with prioritized risk• Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and approved system users.• Work directly with the business units to facilitate IT risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk• Create and manage a unified and flexible control framework to integrate and normalize the wide variety and ever-changing requirements resulting from global laws, standards and regulations.• Ensure that security programs are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings.• Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, regulated data and the company's reputation.• Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats, and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.• Liaise with external agencies, such as law enforcement and other advisory bodies as necessary, to ensure that the organization maintains a strong security posture.• Create and maintain a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the security.
