My career and passion has been working as a customer service process and procedures management professional on a local, regional, and national level. To develop efficient, productive, profitable customer service and support departments. Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding customer expectations while also improving staff performance and morale and department profitability through effective leadership. Taking an early semi retirement in November 2012, I continue to give back to the community and state of Wisconsin by volunteer work through the Knights of Columbus, to help those especially in need, by providing what I can in time and talent. In 2018, I returned to work part time as an active & motivated contributor to a corporation or local start up company, while maintaining my volunteer work during evening hours & weekends.
