I am current holder of a BA first class Honours Degree in Agricultural Science, Throughout my studies and professional career a lot of participation in Quality Assurance and Lab work was and is a continous requirement.As part of obtaining my Qualifications and work experience to date I have studied and obtained a great knowledge on the importance of HACCP and all aspects of the dairy and food industry, all of which are of great interest to me and have given me a better insight into the necessary skills required in this area. Throughout my studies, work placements and professional career in Quality Management and Process Laboratory Technician to date, i feel all have given me an insight knowledge and high standard of professional working skills needed to work within the agricultural and food industrie. I am a hard working self motivated achiever who aims to achieve the best in all I do.I have good written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal and persuasive skills, and a good ability to work in a high pressure and challenging environment. I come from a farming background and from an early age I have been involved in the daily running and management of our family farm. I am a very dedicated person who aims to achieve good results for the people I work with.
