This division is responsible for building and maintaining the 5G network, the nation's leading wireless network, the nation’s largest residential fiber broadband service, a vast IP network serving global customers in over 145 countries and product development, including the development of Mobile Edge Compute.With over 20 years of experience in the technology and services industries, I have developed and evolved the people strategy and provided leadership for the HR team supporting a global team of 39,000 professionals across 42 countries. I have also partnered with leadership to build and foster the culture of this new and rapidly growing organization that will define the new Verizon. I have successfully managed staffing and retention, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and training and development. Additionally, I have assisted in the evaluation, onboarding, and integration of potential and acquired companies. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I have applied process improvement methodologies to enhance HR operations and outcomes.
