Moving into a consulting role where I will assist my capable staff in cases. I will still recruit, hire, train, and supervise the rehabilitation counselors, life-care planners, and researchers at RCS. I look forward to mentoring them as they provide vocational rehabilitation counselling, medical rehabilitation consulting, life-care planning, and expert testimony. I continue to coordinate adaptive technology, research, development, and management of a rehabilitation consulting company as well as the engagement of product, service development, and marketing.

Responsible for recruiting, orienting, training, and supervising rehabilitation nurses and vocational counselors for four offices throughout Colorado. Provided medical and vocational rehabilitation services, specializing in catastrophic injuries. Designed and developed the Medical Cost Analysis program, a medical cost containment program which provided medical care and utilization review, medical audits and fee scheduling services. Developed auto insurance case management and rehabilitation service program. Developed marketing materials and programs for all services. Planned, designed, and coordinated the presentations of marketing seminars on auto insurance case management, medical cost containment, chiropractic claim management, and workers’ compensation case management. Prepared and presented training and in-service programs for company staff.
