Currently serving as chief-of-staff for Harvard principal investigator Jimmy Kim on an elementary content-based literacy research study and intervention (Model of Reading Engagement), liaising between district leaders and technical assistance team. Through the marshaling of district support, played instrumental role as literacy intervention scaled from 30 to 100+ schools. Conducted longitudinal analysis of elementary literacy development, which informed the literacy intervention, district and partner strategy, and communication to school board. Collaborated (analyzed or reviewed code and analysis) on all of lab’s main publications, including analysis section of paper in top journal (Educational Psychology Review), as well as creation of replication toolkits to expand the research impact.
