A highly experienced travel industry executive, with a 30+ year track record of achievement at C-suite and Board level, at iconic sector leading companies. Strategies for growth and transformation have been defined and successfully implemented both globally and locally; often in "troubleshooting" roles. Internal structures have been re-engineered to address the external market. Leadership roles have been held across industry segments in both mature and emerging markets, with particular expertise in fast-growing India. Operational teams of up to 300 people have been managed, across diverse locations and cultures. Rapid and profound business change are navigated, with results delivered on time and on target, reinforced by a strong data-driven approach.
