As an Assistant Attorney General, I provide a full range of legal services to the client agencies represented by the Financial and Revenue Services Section of the Connecticut Attorney General's Office, including the Department of Banking, the Insurance Department, the Department of Revenue Services, and the Office of Policy and Management. I am the lead counsel for the State of Connecticut and its agencies in both state and federal court on cases involving complex questions of constitutional law, administrative law, and statutory interpretation, with a particular emphasis on appellate litigation. I also assist consumers with finance-related inquiries and complaints. Additionally, I provide assistance and support to others in my office by joining moot panels, participating as a mentor in the office's mentorship program, and supervising interns.
