CurrentDirecting the day-to-day Operations of the Information Technology Department. Strengthen and enhance the Information Technology services of the organization while maintaining a high level of emphasis on Security. Directly manage support staff and collaboration with other business units. Align business units with IT Operations. Work with key stakeholders to provide an overall sense of direction for the technology components within the organization. Produce technology strategies for the firm that accommodate company growth and market expansions. Acquire and manage talent for the IT infrastructure. Establish and produce annual budgets for the entire IT Operations. Work closely with the COO & Board members to report on Information Systems performance, needs and enhancement strategies. Develop and implement policies with regards to Information Security and Incident Response. Oversee the Information Security Program with developments around Risk Assessment, Incident Response, Business Impact Analysis, DR & BCP, Vendor Management, Change Management and implementation of other controls. Manage and oversee scheduled IT audits, security tests and managing remediation efforts. Implementation of InfoSec Training programs.
