As Principal Consultant, Patrick was working for firms that delivers business transformation solutions with three goals in mind: better customer service, improved profitability, and continuous improvement. The end result is a resilient enterprise that moves products and information quickly and efficiently. He was involved in sales cycles, projects design and deployment, in trainings and coaching. It has been a passion for the last 28 years. Patrick has worked as a Project Manager and a Continuous Process Improvement Leader within North American industries, including Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, and Dominican Republic. As practionner, his work scope includes Strategic Planning, Logistic Optimisation as well as Lean Six Sigma and Achieving Competitive Excellence (Ace) deployment.As teacher, Patrick has designed the Lean Six Sigma Curriculum for Green and Black belt program at Université de Montréal (UdM). He was also a Professor at a Canadian University in Abidjan (Ivory-Coast) and Lecturer at École de technologie supérieure in Montréal (ETS). He has been certified Master Black Belt by the ASQ.
