I worked at In-N-Out Burger in Utah for almost 10 years, moving my way up to an Asst Store Manager where I worked in that capacity for 4 years.I sold solar door-to-door for Vivint Solar-SunRun in the Coachella Valley for almost 2 years. I worked as a General Manager at Quick Quack Car Wash in Utah for 2.5 years. I had set the company record for the most cars through a wash in a single day with 1,700 cars. I trained over 25 new GM’s. I built the most innovative training system, within the company, for expanding team member capacity, raising and maintaining company standards and developing leaders. I’m currently a Regional Leader of Operations for Quick Quack Car Wash in Northern Utah.
