They are now in over 80 countries across the world.Project ManagementI was involved in numerous projects in The Shed, typically with a focus on sustainability and product development. Notably, I was heavily involved in the development of their Nature Reserve.Tour GuidesI conducted guided tours of the distillery. These tour groups typically have 10-20 people and run for 1 hour. It involved the production processes of our various products and a whiskey tasting.Bartending / MixologyThe Honeybadger Bar is an integral part of the Visitor Experience. Here, they serve their guests the products and explain what makes each one special. They serve a variety of cocktails which are created by their own staff and use their products. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the products in the cocktails and how they compliment standard ingredients.Retail ManagementThe gift shop sells a multitude of products from across the world. Responsibilities in this department include merchandising, till check out, stock transfer and reservations.

This diverse role has put my skills I learned in college into practice and helped me mature professionally and personally along the way.I was heavily involved in the planning and execution of multiple programmes and events in Agri Aware.Incredible EdiblesIncredible Edibles was by far Agri Aware's largest educational programme, with over 1200 schools participating. My main duties included communication with teachers on queries arising with the programme, mass media communication with marketing emails and social media campaigns and project assessment.Farm Walk & TalkFW&T was a series of event held across Ireland aimed at Leaving Cert Agricultural Science Students. Over 500 students attended these events as they took place in 10 different locations. My duties included management of ticket sales, delegation of schools to each event, payment tracking, invoicing and issuing of receipts.
