Project managed the introduction of the Emma Page Jewellery Business into the Marketing, Sales and Distribution Operation for Amway Australia & New Zealand.$24 Million of Sales were generated in the first 12 months when this Jewellery Brand was launched.Designed and Implemented Incentive Sales Promotions and Programmes for Jewellery and Nutritional Brands.

Responsible for working with key distributor accounts to ensure that the New Zealand Annual Sales Budgets were achieved through new product launches,planned promotional activity and incentive sales programmes.Worked with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver a wide range of corporate product and incentive support to allow distributors to.

Planned and Implemented the Amway External Event Programme. Accountable for all promotional,operational and financial components of these events.Negotiation and Relationship management with external suppliers ranging from national and international airlines, hotels and conference facilities, exhibition design/event hire companies, audio visual/print design.
