I advise clients and support their transformation in the areas of business development, cross-border investments and trade, crisis management‎ and debt restructuring, ethics and legal compliance, dispute resolution and settlement negotiations, and M&A integration. As a lawyer, officer and senior advisor to significant corporations in the US and Europe, I have a broad range of corporate and restructuring experience comprising of a range of transactions, including the restructuring of construction, energy and transportation industry multinationals, the acquisition of defense industry platform builders and defense electronics suppliers to federal governments and city authorities, completing the IPO of a major mass transit player in the US; assisting in the completion of the merger of two of the largest cable operators in Central Europe; and closing the acquisition and bond financing of the third-largest bus builder in England. I am multilingual and have worked in many jurisdictions, including the United States, England, Holland, Brazil, Hungary, Romania and Italy.
