During that time I developed a high regard for Patrick based on the very professional way he approached his assignments and the day-to-day interactions with the other team members and his fellow interns. Patrick is very bright, he picked up new concepts easily and was more than willing to learn new applications. He was able to follow directions in a thorough and detailed manner and also worked very independently without close supervision when it was appropriate. Rarely did I assign a new project that he didn’t complete in record time. Patrick’s organizational skills enabled him to easily work on multi-layered tasks and balance multiple projects concurrently. The culmination of Patrick’s summer internship was to present a comprehensive competitive analysis to myself and senior leadership.
