My primary responsibility was the global finance function, including locations in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Mexico, Sweden and India. I reenergized the finance team with development of the Finance Mission, Vision and Pillars (Values) and related finance strategic initiatives and assisted in the development of a three year strategic plan for the business.
