This role is centered around ensuring the smooth running of the health insurance department, co-coordinating the activities of individuals in the department who are involved in a variety of processes and ensuring that they are working as efficiently and effectively as possible. Key responsibilities in the role include:• Relationship management; responsible for liaising with a number of internal and external customers especially health insurers. • Training new recruits on the Health products in the market and ensure that they have all the necessary tools to do the job. Included in this will be the monitoring of the content and quality of the calls they make to ensure that where possible we are mitigating risk. New recruit training and also ongoing training/coaching of the team.• Continually reassessing the operational risks inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices and any impact of management restructures/new technology. Responsible for designing and implementing solutions to any risks identified.• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of our pricing database as well as using our internal systems (including hardware and software) to program, set up functions, enter data, and process information. Management of product matrix and liaison with Compliance on all related matters.• Performing a variety of data management functions, including paper and electronic records management, setting up and managing spreadsheets and databases, producing reports, compiling information and analyzing results.• Ad hoc projects as required by the Manager of the Health Division
