As a Director of Track/Field and Cross Country I had a large responsibility of running 10 middle schools programs in the Beaverton area and prepping for the 2023 Track/Field season. My duties required me to hire coaches/volunteers, coach the coaches, create a season schedule, assemble heat sheets for the track meets, direct the middle school track meets, compile the results and post them via Atheletic.net after the meets. I oversaw all of our middle school practices, track meets, coaching and student athletes.
