As a member of the Global Transformation Desk, I collaborate with our existing strategic partners and forge new alliances across the EMEA region.Part of the strategy formulation and execution team that oversees and enhances the operational efficiency of the organization.

1. Aiding customers with eligible subscriptions to onboard Microsoft 365 solutions and drive user adoption via Microsoft FastTrack program2. Showcasing the value of Microsoft 365 solutions via impactful workshops with stickiness3. Developing customer proposals, statements of work, project plans and proof of concept engagements 4. Providing support to the Customer Success team for the completion of bid responses including Requests for Proposal, and Pre-qualification Questionnaires5. Working closely with the Customer Success team to identify professional services opportunities within existing accounts6. Deploying, administration and training of the following Microsoft solutions to customers:6.1. Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 (incl. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) & Windows 365), Office 365, SharePoint Online, One Drive and Teams6.2. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Microsoft Audio-Conferencing6.3. Microsoft Security: Azure Active Directory, Azure Sentinel, Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM), Defender (Endpoints, Office 365, and Cloud Apps), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Azure Information Protection (AIP)7. Documenting technical knowledge in the form of manuals and guides
