Previously held several other internal positions including Laboratory Director, R&D Manager, Director and Chief of Medical Science Products. Held other concurrent positions of teaching and research while overseeing major intermittent projects and clients over a 20-year period. Oversaw the development of over 150 new products from medical, industrial, environmental technology mining fields. Also performed Environmental Compliance Consulting and EHS Program Development for major clients.Major Clients have included Chemistar, Proctor and Gamble, Johnson and Johnson, Phelps Dodge, Hughes Missile Systems (Raytheon), U.S. Military, Union Carbide, Motorola, Roche (when Ventana Medical), and Pfizer Pharmaceutical as well as personal care and household products. Also became Interim R&D Director at Chemistar during this period

Oversaw Laboratory Testing and contributed to research collaboration of renewable energy from hypersalinity algae species that produce valuable nutritional supplements including omega oils and carotenoids as well as bio-diesel oils.
