During my leadership, revenue is up 28% and Operating Income has improved 45%. I recognized an opportunity and partnered with IT and Revenue Cycle to develop and implement a standardized and automated registration process. I lead the health system forecasting of revenues and expenses. During my 2 fiscal years in the position, my multi-billion dollar revenue forecast was over 97% accurate compared to posted revenue. I was fortunate to work closely with Vice Presidents, Directors and Team Leaders throughout our organization. Together, we partnered to complete and communicate complex financial analyses, which guided business decisions for our health system. Some of these projects included the creation of our NICU, the remodel of our Cath Lab and the expansion of our Orthopedic practice.
