French speaking customer service representative within Chain Reaction Cycles, the largest online cycling retailer globally. Responsible for providing courteous and effective customer service for the French speaking world. Duties include following up on missing or late orders, resolving issues around damaged or incorrect items, and translation of technical information for customers. In addition to this, I also provide support to my Spanish and English-speaking colleagues in the form of live chat services. I train and mentor new start employees both within my own French team and in Spanish speaking roles. During the Coronavirus period, I have been working independently from home, and have picked up some extra duties in helping respond to queries within our sister company Wiggle. Member of the Wiggle Chain Reaction Cycles Sustainability forum, working to reduce the carbon footprint of the company as a whole.
