I have completed my Bachelor of Law Degree, my Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and have been admitted to practice. I aspire to practice predominantly in the fields of Family Law or Personal Injury Law, but am open to other areas of law. I possess over a years experience in legal practice across different areas of law ranging from Family Law, Family Violence and Administrative Appeal Tribunal matters relating to NDIS. Through this experience I have developed skills legal drafting as I have had to prepare different legal documents such as Affidavits, Case Outlines and Further and Better Particulars. I have had to communicate with clients, other lawyers, police and other stakeholders and have developed exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form as a result. I am also proficient in the use of different legal administration programs, specifically, LEAP and Actionstep. I have attended various types of hearings, such as Administrative Appeals Tribunal hearings regarding NDIS, Family Violence Intervention Order Hearings and Supervised Treatment Orders and Guardianship and Administration order matters at VCAT.
