As Section Head of Berlitz Talent Growth, I am responsible for creating a vision for the future of my division in addition to working with the regional Operations Managers across Japan to ensure that everyday operations are running smoothly. I also play a leading role in Business Development and regularly work closely with representatives from our Sales Department visiting clients and conducting a detailed needs analysis in order to provide appropriate talent development solutions. In addition to being responsible for financial results and all recruitment, training and performance management, I personally liaise with our prestige clients to ensure that the highest quality of service is being delivered at all times.
