•Creative direction within cross-functional teams as part of the national digital studio consisting of 10-15 professionals, including variations of designers, marketers, web developers, editorial, and social, on external facing projects spanning from industry positioning to new product launches.•Oversaw external digital ad projects with budgets ranging from $25K to $75K ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strategic goals. •Industry specific portfolio included: ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance); EUMI (Energy, Utilities, Mining); Deals – Mergers & Acquisitions, and Crisis; helped to support PwC Canada’s $2.1 billion aggregate value in 2023; Deals ranks as the no. 1 global M&A advisor by volume for 2023; Government & Public Service; PwC Canada’s Alumni program; • Developed and executed a unique overall creative direction for PwC Canada's national ESG brand strategy in six weeks, working with a team of marketers and practice leaders, to enhance and support the firm's market presence.•Managed strategic Alumni campaign with a $225K budget, involving a one-month timeline, cross functioning with events, partners, city leader, four vendors, saving 20% of creative budget by using vendor relations. •Led project teams on three external facing events per year, with an attendance of 500 C-suite clients, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with organizational objectives through site visits, budget, team leadership, including TIFF 2023 event evenings •Chair of the DEI Committee for PwC Canada’s LGBTQ2S+ community, leading initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion and promote an inclusive workplace and community. Coordinated cost savings initiative through strategic allocation of regional funding, saving the firm $40K in return by centralizing the budget. •Created and executed mentoring program for five junior designers both in personal and project design development per season
