Responsible for the quality management of Epic's Prelude and Eligibility applications. Manage 10 direct reports, including 2 managers, and 7 additional indirect reports.Data driven management. Use SQL reporting off internal data bases to perform short and long term data analysis to guide decision making. Perform monthly reviews of the quality state of all Epic products.Coordinate Epic's end of release testing efforts to validate the final cut of a release before ship. Serve as the compliance point person for all of Epic's Access applications, including Grand Central, Prelude, and Cadence. Have worked closely with CMS and The Joint Commission on compliance related matters.Have a particular interests in DevOps, shift left and agile testing methodologies - basically anything that finds bugs sooner or prevents them from being coded and reduces the time to product - internal project management, and process improvement.
