Responsible for managing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the needs of our construction project for the European Investment Bank (EIB). This will include implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, providing technical support to employees, and managing IT security and backups.Responsibilities:- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they are running smoothly- Provide technical support to employees in person, by phone, or via email- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and work with vendors to resolve any technical problems- Manage and maintain IT security and backups to ensure data is secure and available when needed- Keep up-to-date with new technology and advise management on how to use technology to improve business processes- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure is meeting the needs of the construction project
