I am someone who gets things done, whether on my own, or through collaboration with others as a team. I am eager to take on all that is required within my group. I possess technical competency. I am flexible and always enthusiastic and willing to add to my knowledge-base and skills. In my current role, I am constantly changing the PE portion for the many different departments tested to align more with the duties ETG experiences out in the field. An example of this would be the PLCS Gas Free Low Pressure Bagging Off System Class that was needed this year. The Training department completed this training to make sure ETG was compliant with the zero emissions clause. I continue to be welcomed by the non-union and union side of the business. They are appreciative of my ability to relate to all. I have built and maintained a solid working relationship with colleagues, co-workers, contactors, superiors, and direct reports. I work in harmony with co-workers and manages alike. I ensure surveys are completed for future reference to improve the overall experience to employees' and department success. When administering practical exams, I make sure the employees are comfortable with the process of explaining and performing the tasks for which they are responsible. My ability to do so effectively is in great part due to my knowledge and experience with all the tasks being performed.
