Optum's Provider Network Relationship Management (PNRM) is aimed at stitching together often disparate functional processes built to manage a provider network, including Recruiting, Enrollment/Credentialing, Contracting, Advocacy/Relationship building. Massachusetts Health Insurance ExchangeWorked with an Optum Consulting group to advise the state of Massachusetts on how to transition from the existing software vendor, being used to build the State's Health Insurance Exchange system, to the current system(hCentive) being facilitated by Optum.Business Analyst Role consisted of:- Working directly with the client (State of Massachusetts) to understand how the Health Insurance Exchange platform, at the time, was designed and built. - Focused on the system's financial management functionality.- Initiated a process around mitigating data integrity issues throughout the end-to-end system.
