Any threats or situations of concern will be photographed and reported immediately.Complete Field Inspections in markets with significant REO and Foreclosure volume to report on REO Broker performance and quality, foreclosure property conditions and overall market conditions for that MSA.Identify selected markets requiring field review based on REO, Foreclosure and Market conditions.Report to REO Asset Managers overall Broker performance guidelines including securing, trash out and overall property maintenance.Provide Valuation analyst feedback on property conditions and market for loans in foreclosure.Provide field inspections in areas of disaster.Assist in training valuation analyst and asset managers with market studies by allowing them to join in field reviews.

Management of a portfolio of REO assets for the purpose of marketing these properties across the United States through a network of real estate vendors, brokers, and agents. Working directly with investors to establish and nurture relationships with different companies and entities with the intent of procuring and maintaining strong business relationships. Reviewing and directly managing non-performing foreclosure loan pools with the intent to best establish marketing strategies for the sale of each asset and then directing a vendor team to implement my specific guidelines. Reviewing repair bids, BPO’s, appraisals, and online research to best establish marketing procedures for each asset. Negotiating offers and executing contracts. Negotiating with HOA’s, code enforcement officers, and internal and external legal teams. Reviewing and resolving title issues to ensure a smooth closing for each asset.
