Designer and craftsman, I founded QUISO in June 2007, a furniture editing house through which I sell my creations to gourmet restaurants worldwide. I had the chance to meet chefs at international gastronomic exhibitions, to exchange with them and to understand their needs. Like them I create, manufacture and sell directly to end users, while always striving to be responsive. Cooking has always been a family passion. My parents were winegrower and cooks. My brother Michel Sarran is now a starred chef.QUISO furniture is appreciated by renowned establishments worldwide for its singular design, its efficiency and its reliability.
