The Hydraulic Pumping Unit (HPU) is part of the BHGE Oil Field Services (OFS) division. The HPU is a new product line that BHGE are currently manufacturing for Shell/QGCand used to drive the wellhead pump across QGC’s CSG field.• Part of a specialist team who are challenged with delivering this next-generation HPU unit which offered advanced technology, and supporting each stage from design through to testing, compliance and commissioning.• Reviewed and verified all design documents and drawings as the RPEQ (professional engineer of Queensland).• Completed and verified the engineering design in accordance with BHGE and statutory requirements and worked in close collaboration with client (Shell/QGC) on design clarification, troubleshooting and compliance.• Worked with manufacturing floor on engineering issues and calibration of plant.• Served as a partner to the project management team on Pre-commissioning, Site Acceptance Test, Leak Test Procedure etc. to ensure successful completion and transition to client handover.

Worked as a commissioning and operations engineer for Origin Energy in the Water Solution Development department for the Aquifer Injection Trial pilot plant project. Duties includes; - Review of handover documentation from construction phase to commissioning phase ensuring all the equipments and systems have been constructed and installed as per drawings, all critical punchlist items have been completed and the system is ready to be commissioned.- Prepare commissioning, decommissioning and demobilisation documentation. - Commissioned various systems in the plant including chemical systems. - Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for operations. - Responsible for the plant operation & safety, troubleshoot and plant optimization, plant maintenance work (mechanical), liaise with other discipline engineers and vendor/third party to ensure continuos and safe operation.
