Over 25 years experience in the developing world as a manager, facilitator, mentor and mediator. I have worked in Latin America, Africa and Asia and I speak French and Spanish. I have largely worked in the area of agriculture and natural resources but have also designed and overseen projects in the health and education sectors.I recently left the position of Senior Partnership Manager at the Aga Khan Foundation in London after a career largely overseas in Africa, Asia and Latin America with major NGOs. I have a National Certificate in Mediation and am now self-employed as a mediator and rural development specialist. I mediate directly in workplace or community contexts and I teach mediation skills to key staff or community residents. I also work in programme management, programme design and event facilitation and co-facilitation. I am seeking to improve communication between conflicting parties and as a result the quality of both the workplace and development programmes, I speak French and Spanish.
