This included full rod string and pumping unit design/optimization. Completed SWD for Central Gathering Facility for Ward County assets. Conduct quarterly failure/chemical reviews.

Approved Certified PBRs for Texas Permian wells.  Ensured facilities met Air Quality Permits requirements (flares stacks, combustors and Flash Gas compressors). Designed over 100 rod strings on new completion and failed wells in the Wolfberry play. o Decreased failure rate with redesign from all steel rod string to fiberglass-steel hybrid during rotation. Conducted quarterly failure/chemical meetings with OKC personnel.
