These wells produced up to 4MMCFD, 1600 BOPD and 3200 BWPD. Continuous review of wells for production enhancement through downtime reduction, artificial lift (ESP’s and Rod Pumps) and workovers. Artificial lift lead in the Texas Bend assets (Ward, Winkler, Loving Counties) Wrote over 60 procedures for artificial lift installs and installed artificial lift on 30 wells, 20 Rod pumps and 10 ESPs. This included full rod string and pumping unit design/optimization. Completed SWD for Central Gathering Facility for Ward County assets. Conduct quarterly failure/chemical reviews.

Completed Chesapeake Energy Field training on pumping operations, tank battery construction and artificial lift optimization. Observe fracking operation in Hz Bone Spring/Wolfcamp/Avalon and Vertical Wolfberry wells. Drilling rotations in Hz Bone Spring wells and Wolfberry wells. Area DAR (Designated Air Representative). Approved Certified PBRs for Texas Permian wells. Ensured facilities met Air Quality Permits requirements (flares stacks, combustors and Flash Gas compressors). Designed over 100 rod strings on new completion and failed wells in the Wolfberry play. o Decreased failure rate with redesign from all steel rod string to fiberglass-steel hybrid during rotation. Conducted quarterly failure/chemical meetings with OKC personnel.
