Artificial lift lead in the Texas Bend assets (Ward, Winkler, Loving Counties) Wrote over 60 procedures for artificial lift installs and installed artificial lift on 30 wells, 20 Rod pumps and 10 ESPs. This included full rod string and pumping unit design/optimization. Completed SWD for Central Gathering Facility for Ward County assets. Conduct quarterly failure/chemical reviews. -
