Manage the equipment and structural maintenance needs of PPG Architectural Coatings stores across the United States, including territories. Details include:> Responsible for up to 700 store locations.> Act as manager and sole subject matter expert for company's VXMaintain maintenance management platform, which includes day to day operation of said platform as well as IT support and training for field teams. > Generate training materials for new hires regarding PPG maintenance protocols and systems, including remote training calls and on call support.> Keep up to date store records, including open and closing changes to the roster as well as equipment within these stores. > Manage all duties without any support from a team across the entierty of the United States.> Manage annual Preventative Maintenance program for HVAC and Fire Safety systems for all US based stores, including storing documentation of services performed.> Interact with Real Estate and Finance departments regarding project management across the US on capital scale work of all types.> Manage vendor relationships with third party service providers from coast to coast of the US, including onboarding of new talent and the resolution of billing disputes. > Provide oversight and risk management for a maintenance budget of up to 5 million or more a year.> Perform crisis management work on call 24/7 for field teams, coordinating high speed resolutions to emergency calls even outside of work hours.

Support all functions of the Learning and Development department of PPG Architectural Coatings, Manage up to 25 MDP program candidates simultaneously, including the following duties: > Organize placement of a candidate in training store. > Monitor assessments progress each month. > Coordinate all aspects of quarterly “MDP Week” events, where candidates are brought to the Cranberry HQ and given a week of presentations from business leaders to cap their program experience. > Support final placement of MDP candidate into their final stores following graduation. Responsible for Store Manager development for North America, including the following duties: > Development of new training materials from scratch, including new training documents, video modules, and digital training curriculum. > Coordinated all aspects of quarterly “SCORE University” events, where new store managers are brought to the Cranberry HQ for a week of presentations with business leadership on the strategic direction of the business. > Developed and implemented a “4x3 Selling System” content plan, which included monthly infographics for a full year created from scratch to educate the stores teams on how to utilize PPG’s proprietary “4x3” system of suggestive selling. > Was involved in the company’s transition to the Evolve! Powered by Workday digital training platform, serving as the primary technological adviser to the United States and Canadian stores teams while also developing new curriculum for all new manager hires.

Perform all relevant managerial and sales duties for up to fifteen different stores in the Cincinnati Stores Market, ranging from $800,000 to $3,500,000 in sales volume. Respond to emergency calls for coverage of stores as needed, sometimes managing two stores at once for 12 hour shifts. Serve in an assistant Store Group Manager capacity, facilitating events such as store closures and openings as needed.
