Fulfills all requirements of Site Director and Regional Coordinator while managing a team during the school year to meet revenue and budget goals. Contributes to the planning of events and secures sites to run them. Maintains relationships with sites and ensures everyone wants us back. Responsible for the quality of programs in the region as well as the growth by way of increased enrollment and/or new programs. Manages 2-5 Full Time Employees during the school year with potential for other, bigger picture, responsibilities.

Fulfills all of the requirements of a Site Director while also being more cognizant of budget and other long term goals. Manages the school year preparation for successful camps in their region - marketing, equipment management, recruiting and community development. Works with a Site Director at another site in the same region to ensure their counterpart’s site’s staffing and payroll is done ontime and on budget, that they have the proper equipment and camp is run at a high level and that is being reflected in the numbers and surveys.

Runs the best site possible so that it is fast paced, high energy and highly organized and do so in a fun and disciplined environment where campers learn and improve and come back, parents are raving fans and everyone feels the WOW + sites NEED us back. Signs of a properly run site is enrollment increasing - goal of averaging 160 campers per week. This goes along with the Site Director being able to manage all equipment, staffing and payroll needs with minimal assistance from support staff. Each week their program is run at a high level and that is reflected in the enrollment and surveys. They do this with a top notch staff, who is constantly being developed and nurtured - staff that wants to return each summer. Their staffing and payroll is always done on time and on budget. They always have the correct equipment (and shirts) and follow protocol to place orders as needed. Their site is always presentable and organized upon arrival.

Responsible for overseeing Legarza Basketball Camp as a site director, leagues, coaching and after school class programs, while fostering relationships with participants and staff by leading them at our award winning programs. While also promptly responding to the needs of our customers in person, on the phone and through email, while assisting with the development of current and new basketball programs.Contracted as a teacher, to conduct and supervise classes (K-5) to educate, inspire, and motivate children in physical education and nutrition.

-Make sure that all players are engaged in the drill and are performing to a high quality standard-Attend high school basketball games to recruit student athletes for the College-Maintain dialogue with student athletes and parents about opportunities and answer any questions-Supervise study hall and make certain that student athletes are on task with their school work-Direct student athletes to the proper academic services that fits their specific need

-Organize and create weekly schedules for a staff of 15 employees-Adapt and respond when staff cannot work their shift-Maintain a healthy work environment for all employees with open dialogue to resolve conflict-Head performance review meetings with staff-Liaison between staff and general manager-Gather application and resumes of potential employees-Conduct interviews to hire the best candidate for the department-Train new employees

-Welcome members and create friendly, professional relationships -Quote prices for membership, engage potential members on tours, and answer all questions-Sign individuals up for membership by completing necessary forms and waivers-Actively move around the facility ensuring the cleanliness of the gym is up to standard-Make sure equipment and facility is safe for members-Answer questions or concerns-Direct clients to the proper department or manager
