Our Financial Advisory team is comprised of senior professionals dedicated to meeting the expectations of the CFO. Built and managed the Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations groups to provide on-going support for the 2014 buy and build. Finance team consisted of six direct reports with a finance team of over 50 full and part time employees.• Partnered with the CEO and investment bankers to raise $210 million through high yield notes and acquired four oil field service companies in August of 2014 to form USSS. • Served as the primary point of contact for 35+ high yield note holders.• Built the 2015 business plan that included significant cost reductions, focused on high ROIC service line expansions, and cross-selling targets to counteract commodity price reductions of greater than 60%, setting KPIs that aligned with these goals.• Negotiated a $30 million revolving credit facility and syndicated it with Wells Fargo. • Saved over $0.7 million by re-negotiating general and liability insurance in first three months.• Identified one service line to discontinue in the first three months as well as targeting over $20 million of spend to consolidate/maximize. Realized reductions of approximately $6 million, or 2% of revenue. • Successfully integrated four enterprises, three of which had never been audited before, and delivered SEC quality combined audited financial statements in 100 days after closing the first year of combined operations.• Integrated four different core accounting systems into one management reporting system that provided consistent KPI and financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis while implementing key accounting controls and remediating three material weaknesses.

Responsible for service delivery of finance, accounting, human resources, procurement, and information technology services to a combined business, which grew from $600 million to approximately $1.1 billion in revenue. Led a finance and administrative team of seven direct reports, and an overall team of over 70 people.• Supported the growth of the segment from three U.S. offices to fifteen, expanding to provide customers our services in various oil and gas basins in the lower 48 states. Achieved this growth through organic expansion as well as through acquisitions. • Led the M&A team as we expanded into the Niobrara and Bakken basins, adding 100 full time employees for an investment of less than three million dollars.• Ensured that core business processes were adjusted to match a more distributed model with more offices and that the business processes supported the operational execution on a daily basis.• Implemented a field ticket tracking and compiling system that allowed for daily reconciliations on all man-hours and equipment hours, ensuring that all potential billing items were identified and included or excluded from billing appropriately. Overall increased revenue recognition 3% by capturing previously unbilled work. • Led an executive team tasked in developing a “Leadership Pipeline” framework to define the expectations, training, and tools associated with the first three levels of leadership for field supervisors.• Evaluated the combined equipment spend across the segment and worked with existing core vendors to consolidate vendors, reducing number of suppliers and earning volume discounts of up to 5% of annual spend based on volume targets.• Implemented KPI measurements for operations as well as transactional support groups (Manpower and equipment utilization, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
