Its retail portfolio consists of the leading DIY brands Praxis, Formido, Brico and Brico Plan-It. Maxeda DIY Group B.V. is a company owned by a consortium of private equity funds.Main attention areas are:• Coordination and preparation of consolidated financial statements based upon IFRS and various statutory annual accounts.• Coordination and communication with external (group) auditor, internal tax advisor and valuation experts.• Solving IFRS compliance requests of the business formats.• Preparation of monthly financial reports (bank reporting) and quarterly compliance certificates towards the lender syndicate as the company is highly leveraged due to the private equity structure (including analytical reviews).• Monthly reporting towards private equity owners (investor relations).• Quarterly reporting towards credit insurance companies.• Group treasurer: monitoring the overall cash position of the group (cash management, weekly cash projections, interest rate exposure, ..etc). Project leader with respect to a cash management conversion project (switch from RBS to ANB Amro) and contact person for ABN Amro (bank relations).• Internal and external (AON) contact person for Group insurance policies.• Member of M&A core team

Responsible for the preparation of the monthly internal financial reporting towards the Maxeda DIY Executive board (including analytical review procedures and budget/ controlling of various Maxeda holding companies).
