CurrentSupport all local Windows desktop, Windows Server, Linux (CentOS, RHEL), VMware, and Proxmox systems. Install, configure, and maintain application services for internal employee and external customer use including Active Directory, backups, file shares, help desk, print services, and timekeeping. Build, upgrade, and service physical desktops, laptops, and servers. Investigate and resolve customer support tickets and log detailed results of problem resolution to help desk platform. Perform on-call services to address internal employee and external customer downtime incidents.
