Ran routes to customer's homes while selling and delivering Schwan's Food Products. Drove approximately 800 miles plus a week working over 600 customer accounts in urban and rural areas of Western South Dakota. Never a customer complaint and many of my former customers are current friends since I left the company.

I was hired as a general laborer in March 2007 through a Temporary Service. I was hired as a full time employee in July 2007. In January 2008, I was promoted to the Second Shift Supervisor position. I supervised a crew of four men and we manufactured raw materials into highly engineered thermoplastics. In March 2010, I was promoted to the position of Production Supervisor. I managed up to thirty employees across three shifts in a 24 hour a day, five day a week production facility. We operated and maintained Welex and Coperion extrusion lines and other ancillary equipment found in the plastic production field. When I started at Infinity, we were a three million dollar a year production facility. When I left we exceeded eleven million a year. We produced over 300 tons of material a year. We processed Polycarbonates, Nylons, Polyesters, PEEK, PEKK and over 30 different base resins. We produced plastic products based on structural enhancements, coloring, electrical conductivity and self lubrication for applications ranging from medical ampules to parts for Boeing's 787 Dream Liner.

Assistant Press Operator making corrugated displays and packaging upon hire. I started as an Assistant and was promoted to Operator. When they bought a new Martin DRO1628 with 6 printing downs and 1 die cutting down I was the employee chosen to operate their new equipment. I supervised the tasks needed along my production line to produce up to 11,000 sheets per hour. During my tenure here, I was a member of a Garment Workers union which was acquired by United Steelworkers Local #286 based in Philadelphia.

Processed returns for a major nationwide distributor of healthcare products. Made decisions on whether a product met the conditions of safety and reliability as set forth by the State and Federal Government. I handled both Controlled and non controlled substances and products.

My main duty was to install private and business telephone, cable TV and high speed internet communication systems. Troubleshooting and repair problems within the architecture of these systems were also a daily task.

I supported Telephone and Voice Mail systems for customers large and small. Customers ranged from Rapid City Government offices to the Police Department and School System. We maintained systems up to and beyond 200 telephones. Our main form of business was installing Computer Networks for applications ranging for restaurants, Insurance Offices, Government Offices, Law Enforcement and Medical Practices. Constant customer contact and problem resolution were some of my daily duties.

I supervised the second shift Surface Mount Production area. I delegated duties to personally trained technicians as necessary to meet the rigorous deadlines of a production facility that produced more than 200,000 pieces annually. I trained production and repair technicians to meet the specific procedures of an ISO facility. I also repaired boards to the SMT level. Programmed and maintained QUAD QSP Surface Mount equipment. We fabricated products for uses ranging from Class III military, robotics vision systems and medical applications.

I organized a small microelectronics production facility while streamlining production of a growing facility into a top quality, high output facility. My teams worked with customers to ensure that all products built were exactly to the necessary specifications. While I supervised a two-shift production schedule I trained technicians in production and repair procedures. I ensured that all built product to support K-Tron's line of feeder machines and many outside projects was well within standards. Programmed and maintained CONTACT surface mount equipment.

I joined the Air Force prior to graduating High School and I worked some weekends in the local recruiting office until my official enlistment began. After my completion of Basic Training at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX; I was stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS. After my Tech School assignment my first duty station was Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, SD. During my tenure there I worked in a RAPCON (Radar Approach Control), we controlled Air Traffic for not only the Air Base but we also worked with 15 other commercial or private airports. Rapid City Regional Airport was one of the facilities we controlled traffic for on a daily basis. Our facility handled about 80,000 takeoffs and landings per year.
