Representation includes large and mid-size corporate clients, including financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors and clients in the construction industries as well as individuals. In addition to representation of clients in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy related litigation, I also represent business clients and individuals in contract disputes and collection matters in both state and federal courts, both through trial and settlements prior to trial.I also represent financial institutions in collecting and foreclosing upon the collateral securing their commercial loans ranging from real estate to tangible and intangible personal property. I have extensive experience litigating the propriety of the foreclosure from defending against or seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO) and pursuing deficiency judgments on behalf of those clients after foreclosure of their security interest.

Litigated commercial cases in federal and state courts. Successfully prosecuted dischargeability complaints against debtors under sections 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. Represented creditors and debtors in proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, including adversary proceedings and other contested matters.
