Maintain a high level of production with zero defect management skills, monitor employee skill levels through continual improvement methods, timely measurements of employee time cards, employee safety goals and monitoring methods.

Maintain the entire Campus environmental temperature controls Wednesday thru Sunday. Monitor the integrated control system and respond to faults and or temperature fluctuations.

Monitor the integrated control of the entire campus. Respond to temperature fluctuations and repair as needed. Develop and implement updated temperature controls throughout the campus.

Monitor the production process and implement cost saving methods where needed, Monitor the production levels set by management to achieve production goals.Work with lead engineering teams implementing new product from pre production through PPAP and product launch insuring all levels of production were ready for full production. Lead documentation QS-9000 engineer responsible for plant wide Work Instruction implementation and upkeep. TS-16949 compliant officer.

Complete testing facility responsible for accurate sample testing, non-conforming response and Q-1 Quality.

Lead a 15 - 20 man production team in the mixing, milling and processing of natural and butyl rubber.
