Managed several medium and fortune 500 Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs and internal audit clients while part of the Risk Management Group at RSM McGladrey, the 5th largest Accounting, Tax and Consulting firm in the Country. Additionally, I have gained significant experience in many industries with my consulting experience.Served as Corporate Controller in a $200 million printing company.Specialties: Since 1997, I have led over 50 financial due diligence projects. My merger and acquisition work has been both serving private equity firms and strategic buyers on buy-side financial due diligence matters primarily in manufacturing, telecommunications, retail and entertainment.While at RSM, I wrote the Consulting Services Manual and developed and trained over 1,500 consultants on the introduction to consulting, engagment economics and proper report writing and workpaper documentation while I was Director of Internal Audit for the National Consulting Practice.
