Core Support Technician
Current- Engage various service providers to effectively resolve events on behalf of Switch's customers and act as the primary point of contact for events.
- Interpret, investigate, and evaluate operational impact to customers for the CORE services and operate as an extension of their organization in coordinating remediation efforts.
- Troubleshot, evaluated, and facilitated best solutions and understood and executed appropriate escalation and notification procedures using sound judgment.
- Provide quality, timely, and accurate end-to-end external support for any issues within the functional area of responsibility.
