Principal-in-Charge, and design team leader for numerous adaptive reuse projects for historic buildings and buildings in historic settings, including Georgia Power Regional Headquarters, Hill Hall at Savannah State University, and Notre Dame Academy. Mr.Shay also led design efforts for a wide variety of other projects, including Historic District Hampton Inn, Radisson Hotel, Westside Urban Health Center, Oglethorpe Row, and the Chatham County Mosquito Control Complex. Mr. Shay also has extensive experience in religious facilities, including St. James Catholic Church, Unity Church of Savannah, Trinity Lutheran Church, Benedictine Military School, and First African Baptist Church of Savannah. Mr. Shay received the 1994 Citation of Excellence from the Georgia AIA for community leadership and service. In 2004, Mr. Shay became a LEED accredited professional.
