Lead F-35 Industrial Participation

Serve as senior in-country interface to Japanese industry and Government. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of Japan FACO Program and other Japan IP activities Direct and manage implementation of Japan industrial plan, including in-country FACO capability. Provide program direction to the F-35 Japan FACO team and other company organizations.Establish and manage customer program reviews within scope of the contract Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master schedule, identify program problems and develop solutions, such as resource allocation or changing contractual direction Oversee requirements development, interpretation and configuration evolution to ensure Japan FACO design is responsive to customer requirements and executable at acceptable risk within contracted price and schedule. Ensure development and execution of a program plan meeting contractual commitments. Establish and meet or exceed financial performance targets, and ensure 100% EVMS compliance. Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards.

International Production Country Lead - USA serving as a direct representative of Lockheed Martin for leadership to Suppliers and Government. Manage a complex program environment and provide leadership to an extremely diverse team that includes foreign nationals. Manage startup & implementation of Team JSF (LM/NGC/BAE/Systems OEMs) Int¿l Production for USA products in execution of LM Team¿s IP agreements with JSF governments and industries. Assure on-schedule best value contracting with suppliers, inclusion of IP requirements including PNR in prime contracts, and on-schedule delivery of quality components to next assembly. Manage in-country and in-house technical assistance supporting suppliers. Support IP program definition for future JSF customers as required by Business Development. Develop and implement new projects for international participation from the Prime Team (LM, NGC, and BAES) as well as from the extended F-35 supply chain.Lead multi-discipline technical startup teams in the development and implementation of non-recurring production transition project plans that result in international suppliers being adequately provisioned (technical capability and facilities) to build F-35 major assemblies. Manage recurring international production efforts and ensure on time delivery of major assemblies in support of the F-35 final assembly. Support the definition and implementation of future IP programs for partner and FMS countries.
