Private non-profit Montessori School serving 170 children with 28 employees. Assumed responsibility of a school in crisis (falling enrollment, low staff moral, negative operating margin in 3 of previous 4 years). Worked to boost staff moral to all time reported high, reorganized financial structure to allow for purchase of land and construction of 20,000 sq. ft. building, banked close to half a million reserve fund.

Large American School serving over 1000 students with close to 100 staff. Assumed responsibility for turning school around after years of operating in the red. Negotiated new work conditions for both foreign and native personnel and began the accreditation process with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Coordinated English program for large multicultural center. Oversaw operation of 150+ English classes and Test Preparation for the State Secretary of Education, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, John Deere, Ericson, and Mabe. Assumed Director ship upon departure of General Director. Began new construction project to renovate operational center.
