Class A office fitout & Retail Store refresh Oversaw the multiphase buildout as the lead Superintendent for over a 60,000 sqft of Class A office space with high-end millwork finishes and incorporating a complex IT and AV infrastructure for their R&D teams. Orchestrated a front and back of store refresh of multiple Apple retail stores in Brooklyn while they remained in operation. Vornado Suite Buildout Program; Nightingale Property Group, Paradigm Inc., Sumeru Equity & VNO Suite Pre-builds  Took over the suite buildout program and directly oversaw all daily construction activity.  Reorganized the project organization and communication with the owner and architectural teams. Helped redesign and close out multiple suite projects for the respective owners.

• Meet with perspective clients to analyze project drawings to create bids and construction budgets. • Create cost loaded schedules showing the material and labor associated with each stage of the construction project. • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously for the New York Power Authority (NYPA) and the New York City Housing (NYCHA). • Organize and manage project coordinates, contractors, laborers, and project schedules. Lead weekly meetings with our subcontractors to ensure the schedule and budget are on track.• Facilitate partnering sessions with the subcontractors and client to improve project design, reduce cost, and expedite project timeline.

• Managed a fully agented portfolio of 40 + names reviewing commitment letters, term sheets, credit agreements, engagement, and fee letters with the client & deal team. I provided operational insight while taking into consideration the client’s needs, our deal team, the debt market, internal approvals, and the firm’s capabilities. • Worked directly with the client to coordinate the timely posting of their annual and quarterly financials and other relevant documentation to the agency site (Syndtrak) for lenders. While posting financials, I monitored and reviewed financial covenants to ensure the client was following their credit agreement. • I helped maintain our client relationships and oversaw the deal flow, while coordinating the interactions with our loan operations team to provide appropriate handover for financial booking purposes.• Lead internal projects to reconcile large amounts of historical data related to credit agreements participated and agented by Barclays.
