CurrentIn my recent job, I maintain key accounts by demonstrating excellent organizational and time management expertise. To deliver high-level services, I engage with residents, clients, other personnel, and the public. By meeting monthly/quarterly with RVPs of clients, I conduct business reviews, such as administrator surveys. Moreover, I examine service quality delivered in all facilities and districts through effective inspections. By tracking all of MIT’s training and RAP programs, I ensured the transition into permanent roles. I inspect complaints related to the operation and the effects of satisfactory solutions. Below listed are some of my achievements within this role: Decreased over time by 17%+ and completed 25 start-ups by graduating more than 40 people from the MIT program and 14 Registered Apprentices. Engaged in evaluating Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and budgetary management to prepare the annual budget. Decreased over time ranging from 19.7% to 2.1% by showcasing outstanding professional skills. Champion Environmental Services, laundry, and floor care program. Managed 55-plus facilities across environmental services.
