• Coordinate quarterly forecast for all Research and Development (R&D) projects active during the reporting period. This requires absolute accurate analysis/predictions to assure a no down time condition in testing.
• Weekly, assure that timely ordering of critical components and instrumentation to the planning department and test laboratories are accurate and current. Requires time sensitive team efforts to support as many as 18.
• Work closely with a team of outside vendors and subcontractors to conduct a failsafe method of making certain critical assets including chilling equipment is kept in good operating order. These consist of various types.
• The R&D Department is a crucial element of our operation and requires timely and accurate logistical support for all assets, equipment and supplies that they consume. Many of these costly test samples are housed in.
• Retrieve and maintain data collected overnight and review and analyze to assure there have been no unrecorded down times.

Greater San Diego Area

• Responsible for administering, coordinating and maintaining the Document Control for the Panther and TIGRIS Software Verification & Validation Teams.
• Creates and routes plans, reports, SCR’s of controlled Engineering Documentation through internal document control process.
• Maintain copies of Quality documents in the files and in electronic databases.
• Maintain archived documentation including controlled documents and quality records.
• Interfaces with various department representatives to obtain information for documents.
• Orders and maintains materials inventory (reagents, dry supplies) for both Panther and TIGRIS Software Verification & Validation teams.

Greater San Diego Area

• Responsible for performing black box testing.
• Executed and document software verification and validation test protocols for Hospira infusion pumps (Gem Star, Plum A+, Plum A+3, PCA and Symbiq).
• Document issues and/or anomalies.
• Posted and routed test plans, reports using Matrix One.
• Generate reports using DevTrack and Test Track.
